At one time chemtrails were looked at as nothing more than a “conspiracy theory”. We have all however seen the blighted skies which look nothing like those of us who remember the 70’s 80’s and 90’s can attest to. Government run Weather Modification is real unfortunately, HAARP is real. Even JFK spoke of weather modification and it has been used as a weapon since the Vietnam war.
